3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

- Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
- Maintain independent backups of your data unless otherwise stated in your service plan
- Implement recommended security practices where applicable
4. Payment Terms

We treat all client information with confidentiality and integrity, prioritizing people over transactions.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information without consent, except as required by law.
7. Data & Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however:
- We do not guarantee absolute security
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless explicitly included
Moon.TEK is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
8. Training & Educational Services
Moon.TEK provides training services, including cybersecurity awareness and technology education.

- We do not guarantee specific results, certifications, or prevention of cyber incidents
- Outcomes depend on participant engagement and implementation

Without written consent

- Training access is limited to the purchasing individual or organization

- We provide education and best practices
- Clients are responsible for implementing security measures
- We are not liable for breaches or cyber incidents
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Moon.TEK shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Third-party service failures
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the previous 30β90 days.
10. Third-Party Services
We may utilize or recommend third-party platforms, including:
- Stripe

We are not responsible for:
- Their performance
- Their policies
- Service interruptions outside our control
11. Intellectual Property
