• Clients are responsible for implementing security measures
• We are not liable for breaches or cyber incidents

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the previous 30–90 days.
